This season sees Donaghadee Rugby Club (est. 1885) celebrate its 125th anniversary. A commemorative book has been produced, recounting some of the early history of the rugby club, and in particular making mention of the success the club has enjoyed over the past 25 years.
At nearly 100 pages thick, this is a vibrant and interesting read for all who are or have been associated with Donaghadee RFC. The efforts of a great number of people have been instrumental in producing this book, however special mention must be made of Harry and Valerie Allen – without their input it likely wouldn’t have made it!
